These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atteny mobile app and web dashboard ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The service
Atteny is a workforce management platform that businesses use to schedule staff, track attendance and manage related records. Accounts are provisioned by an employing organization ("your employer"), which administers your access and data.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes connected to your employment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other organizations, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
Your employer's role
Your employer decides what data is collected and how it is used within their organization and is responsible for using it lawfully. Questions about your employment data should be directed to your employer.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and content, is owned by Atteny and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while you are authorized by your employer.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atteny and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption. We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your data and keep the Service available; however, in the unlikely event of data loss, data corruption or a data breach, we cannot be held financially responsible for any resulting damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We or your employer may suspend or end access where necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Atteny operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
